Kim Kardashian wears Princess Diana's iconic necklace on red carpet after spending six-figure sum

Kim Kardashian has hit the red carpet wearing an iconic piece of jewellery once worn by Princess Diana, after spending a six-figure sum on the recognisable antique piece

Kim was seen wearing the necklace at the 2024 LACMA Art + Film Gala in Los Angeles this week, where she paired the vintage jewels with a plunging white gown, and had her hair styled in a sleek black bob for the occasion. The unique Attallah Cross pendant was made famous by Princess Diana, and Kim purchased it at an auction last year for an eye-watering sum. The pendant features square-cut amethysts surrounded by 5.25 carats of circular-cut diamonds and was originally made by fine jewellers Garrand in the 1920s, as well as having been named by Vogue as “Princess Diana’s most unusual accessory.”
