Kim Kardashian has been left with a serious injury, as they star took to social media to share the heartache of her having to be in crutches during the festive season

"Even though we have great support systems and we have people around us, but sometimes in the middle of the night when [the kids are] all sleeping in your bed, kicking you and crying and waking up, like, it is...," she said, before trailing off. Fans called her out for allegedly photoshopping her pic – her reflection in the mirror looked different, causing a stir among her followers, reports the Daily Star.
