Kim Kardashian shocks fans as she debuts heel-shaped cast on broken foot
Kim Kardashian isn't letting her broken left foot cramp her style.
No skin was visible on Kim's foot or ankle but her toes were left fully exposed to show off her shiny red pedicure. Less than a week later, Kim hopped on a plane from Los Angeles to New York City to attend the grand opening of her SKIMS store on Fifth Avenue. This summer she broke her index and middle finger so badly that the bone was poking out of her skin, as she revealed on an episode of her family's Hulu reality show.
