Kim Kardashian will always put her best-foot-forward when it comes to fashion, even while suffering from a broken foot. She shared an image of her left foot in a boot and her right in a heel.
On Saturday, The Kardashians star, 44, took to her Instagram Story to share an image of her left foot donning a boot cast while modeling a single black heel on her right. This summer she broke her index and middle finger so badly that the bone was poking out of her skin, as she revealed on an episode of her family's Hulu reality show. Kim's sweet post comes amid dad Kanye West's apparent absence from their four kids' lives — two years after he and his ex-wife reached a joint custody agreement.
