During Wednesday's episode of The Kardashians, Kim, 44, recalled how when she was 21, broke and divorcing her first husband Damon Thomas, Khloé, then 17, came to her rescue. Khloé insists she doesn't want a dinner party, as Kim says she will make, 'an executive decision on the theme: 'denim and diamonds.' While Dolly Parton herself didn't come to the party, the country music legend did send Khloé a video, wishing her a happy birthday.
