Amid the budding romance, Kim has been keeping busy and also appeared in a creepy teaser for part two of American Horror Story: Delicate - which will premiere on April 2023. The TV personality joined co-stars Emma Roberts, Cara Delevingne and Michaela Jaé Rodriguez as she applied a coat of red lipstick to her lips in a dark space.
