Kim Cattrall posts snap of SATC icon Samantha in And Just Like That... to mark International Women's Day - so will star return for spin-off's third season?
Kim Cattrall paid tribute to her iconic Sex and The City character Samantha Jones as she marked International Women's Day on Friday.
Parker, who served as both the leading star and a producer on the original Sex and the City, was earning quite a bit more than her co-stars, a point which Cattrall wanted to rectify if the show would continue. Kim suffered a tragic loss in February when her younger brother Christopher died at 55 from suicide, but when Parker sent well-wishes on social media, Cattrall made it clear they are not friends whatsoever. Original Sex and the City costume designer Patricia Field came aboard to dress Cattrall for the cameo, and it was also revealed that her appearance will not be a continuation of her character in the series moving forward.
