Killer Mike's son Mikael 'Pony Boy' Render, 21, underwent a successful kidney transplant after three years of waiting - following father's citizens arrest at the Grammys
TMZ reports that the Grammy-winning rapper is with his son, 21, today as Mikael undergoes surgery.
'I got a call a few weeks ago that he's bumped up in the kidney transplant list, that my child get an opportunity to live a full life as a young man,' he said. 'At 4pm an adult male was taken into custody for a physical altercation that took place inside the arena,' the spokesman said, explaining that the 'altercation' happened moments before the person was arrested. He was a vocal supporter of Bernie Sanders, and endorsed Democrat senators Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock for his home state of Georgia.
