Killer Mike will not face charges after Grammys arrest


Rapper was booked for misdemeanour battery over altercation with security guard, but will not be charged after completing community service

Killer Mike will not face charges over an alleged assault at the Grammys in February, officials announced on Monday. The US rapper, whose real name is Michael Render, was arrested and booked with misdemeanour battery after an altercation with a security guard at the ceremony at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. On Monday, the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office said it will not file charges against Render, saying that he “successfully completed the 0ffice’s hearing process, including a community service requirement that was imposed”.
