In “A Real Pain,” Culkin stars as the troubled, childlike Benji, who goes on a Holocaust tour with his cousin, David (writer-director Jesse Eisenberg). As they travel through their late grandmother’s native Poland, David becomes overwhelmed with worry about Benji’s constant emotional outbursts.
