Kicking goals! Socceroo James Holland sells off his beachside pad in Sydney's Bondi after listing it for $1.2m and moving to Austria
Australian-born former Socceroo star James Holland has sold off his investment pad in Sydney's Bondi.
Much of the Old World atmosphere of the classic design has been retained, including timber finishings and Art Deco features. Meanwhile, the apartment block offers residents use of a stunning rooftop terrace which boasts panoramic views of surrounding Bondi. Holland, who plays mid field for Austrian Club Austria Wien, rose to fame after joining the Newcastle Jets in 2007.
