Reflecting on her past, she once posted a side-by-side comparison of herself at the start of her career versus now, writing, 'Looking back at pictures of myself I didn't realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was.' Meanwhile, after the infamous unedited image landed online in 2021, Kardashian addressed the drama on Instagram days later as she shared live videos of herself to prove that her body 'isn't photoshopped.'
