Khloe Kardashian has revealed the No. 1 item she cut from her diet to help her lose 80 pounds, while sharing other unique tips about how she dropped the weight.
The reality star said that while she made “lifestyle changes,” “I would cut out all sodas,” as the way she started shifting to a heathier eating plan by eliminating the high-calorie, sugary drinks. To keep fit, the Strong Looks Better Naked author said she still works out five days a week, doing “cardiovascular intervals with weight training.” Khloé revealed she adds Pilates to her workouts when she’s getting ready for a photo shoot.
