During the Thursday, February 13, episode of The Kardashians, Khloé, 40, confronted Lamar, 45, about his overdose at a legal brothel in Nevada and subsequent four-month stint in various medical facilities. Khloé later postponed her court motion after Lamar — who struggled with substance abuse during part of their marriage — was left comatose following an overdose at a legal brothel in Nevada. In November 2009, season 4 of Keeping Up With the Kardashians premiered with a very special episode titled “The Wedding,” which squeezed almost all of Khloé and Lamar’s courtship into a tight 90 minutes.
