Kevin Spacey Vows He’ll Respond To Channel 4 Docuseries ‘Spacey Unmasked’

Kevin Spacey on Thursday has vowed to respond to new allegations in the docuseries Spacey Unmasked that airs May 6-7 on Channel 4 and Max.

Spacey, who has faced multiple allegations of sexual assault and but last year was found not guilty on nine charges at London’s Southwark Crown Court relating to four men, says he has asked for a chance to respond to the docuseries’ content but has not been given sufficient time to do so. “Over the last week, I have repeatedly requested that@Channel4 afford me more than 7 days to respond to allegations made against me dating back 48 years and provide me with sufficient details to investigate these matters,” Spacey said in a post on X (formerly Twitter) today. Produced by Mike Lerner and ex-Channel 4 News boss Dorothy Byrne, it features never-seen-before interviews and spotlights Spacey’s life from childhood to early success on Broadway and subsequent meteoric rise to stardom, before his fall.
