Kevin Spacey has joined the cast of upcoming conspiracy action-thriller “The Awakening,” marking another role for the two-time Oscar-winner as he looks to rebuild his career after being acquitted of sexual offense charges. First announced last year, “The Awakening” — directed by Matt Routledge — stars Peter Stormare (“Fargo,” “John Wick: Chapter 2”), Alice Eve (“Star Trek Into Darkness,” “Men in Black”), Steve Berkoff (“Red 2,” “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo”), Julian Glover (“Indiana Jones & the Last Crusade,” “Game of Thrones”), Matt Hookings (Prizefighter), former World’s Strongest Man Eddie Hall (“Expendables 4”) and introduces Justin Tinto.
