Instagrammer Ryan 🤿 posted the clip of Gates sitting courtside, and the ensuing spooling comments were a total rollercoaster from confusion, cracking jokes to pure disbelief. Some took the other viewpoint, such as TNW, pointing out Gates is from Baton Rouge and that his comments weren’t supposed to be taken that seriously: “Being a Ngga from BR, it really ain’t that deep; that’s why he said as long as Bron is being celebrated, he don’t care how y’all feel about him.” Fair enough, still… risky!
