Kevin Costner ’s lawyer came out swinging after female stunt performer Devyn LaBella, who is suing the actor over an alleged unscripted rape scene in his recent movie, submitted new evidence in court, Us Weekly has learned. In December 2024, Kristin Cavallari revealed the 70-year-old actor is her “forever crush” in an Instagram Story, and later that month, Costner made headlines when he was spotted with Jennifer Lopez at hotspot Kemo Sabe in Aspen, Colorado.
