Amazon Prime Video has revealed first-look images and announced the release date for Blumhouse Television’s “ The Bondsman,” a new eight-episode limited series premiering April 3. “By chasing down those demons with the help and hindrance of his estranged family, Hub learns how his own sins got his soul condemned — which pushes him to seek a second chance at life, love, and country music,” per the official logline. Purdy is set to portray Midge, who is said to be “weary with the understated gravitas of someone who’s learned the hard way how to hold her ground in a male-dominated world.
