Kerry Katona reveals big adoption news as she discusses marriage to Ryan

Former Atomic Kitten star Kerry Katona has opened up about wedding plans and has also revealed that her fiance Ryan Mahoney wants to adopt her youngest daughter Dylan-Jorge

Amidst speculation of expanding their family, Kerry has dismissed the idea of having a sixth child, insisting that her brood is complete and that Ryan is on board with this decision.
