Kerry Katona admits she burst into tears after seeing her new nose because she was upset she 'doesn't look like her biological father anymore'
The media personality, 43, had the surgery in order to fix the damage she caused during years of drug abuse.
Kerry used a detective agency to track down her biological father Ron Armstrong but he passed away from throat cancer before they were due to meet. The News of the World reported that Ron was a married man and already had three children when he had an affair with then 19-year-old Sue, who was working at a canteen on a building site in Warrington. Before the surgery on Tuesday the clinic posted a video of Kerry meeting with her surgeon Mr Raghavan as she explained the 'shame and embarrassment' she feels about her nose.
