Kendrick Lamar Wrote a New Song for ‘Captain America: Brave New World’
'Captain America: Brave New World' star Anthony Mackie revealed that Kendrick Lamar has written a new song for the upcoming Marvel flick.
Lamar both curated and contributed several songs to the album, including the two hit singles, “All the Stars” with SZA and “Pray for Me” with the Weeknd. As for Brave New World, it finds Mackie’s character Sam Wilson taking over the role of Captain America from Steve Rogers (played by Chris Evans in the first three films). The movie also stars Harrison Ford, Giancarlo Esposito, Danny Ramirez, Carl Lumbly, and Tim Blake Nelson.
