Kendrick Lamar increases security for his music video shoot by hiring LA sheriff's deputies... after reigniting Drake feud with diss track performance

Kendrick Lamar is taking extra precautions to ensure safety during the making of his new music video, after reigniting his feud with Drake. He hired extra security, including LA sheriff deputies.

The precautions were prompted by three separate incidents at Drake's home in Toronto involving police, one of which included the shooting of one of his security guards, amid the escalating feud between the rappers. The new security measures comes after Kendrick performed the breakout song from his recent beef with Drake at his Juneteenth concert in LA, reigniting their long-running feud. Lamar was supposedly referencing Drake's choice to use AI versions of Snoop Dogg and Tupac's voices on his track, Taylor Made Freestyle.
