Meanwhile sources close to Kendall told DailyMail.com that Randy and his mom, Carmen Franco, were aware that the mural may be damaged or even destroyed and signed a contract agreeing to that. Meanwhile according to an email viewed by TMZ, Randy's mom, Carmen, did a walk-through of the premises, and even pointed out the mural, and said the condition was fine as Kendall's team left.
