Kelsea Ballerini shared candid photos of a rash on her face ahead of her first show on her ‘Kelsea Ballerini Live on Tour’
The “Cowboys Cry Too” singer also teased moments from her first stop in Grand Rapids, Michigan, including a snap of her tossing a voluminous boa into the air to reveal her figure-hugging costume. Ballerini made the heavy metal moment even more fabulous with nude fishnets layered underneath shimmery stockings, plus knee-high boots for sexy good measure. Ballerini’s tour travels through major cities including Chicago, Nashville, Los Angeles, Boston, Seattle, Las Vegas and more before wrapping in April.
