Kelly Rutherford's model son Hermés Giersch, 18, appears alongside the actress on the cover of 'Harper's Bazaar Netherlands.' For years, Rutherford was locked in a contentious custody battle with her ex-husband Daniel Giersch over Hermés and their daughter Helena.
The 56-year-old Gossip Girl alum posed with her 18-year-old model son, whom she shares with ex-husband Daniel Giersch, on the cover of Harper's Bazaar Netherlands. When asked to choose between Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) and Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively), they provided a diplomatic answer. Earlier this year, Rutherford and her son made a rare outing to attend the Elie Saab Womenswear Fall/Winter show at the Palais de Tokyo as part of Paris Fashion Week in March.
