Kelly Osbourne reveals what her favorite part of her dad Ozzy Osbourne's relationship with her 2-year-old son Sidney is during an exclusive interview with PEOPLE.

The TV personality, 40, spoke with PEOPLE at the 32nd Annual Race to Erase MS Gala on Friday, May 16, in Century City, Calif., and shared that her 2-year-old son Sidney is "best friends" with her dad, Ozzy Osbourne, 76. "To be honest with you, I still don't know how I feel about it because it's so unique and individual to every single person," she says of learning her brother has MS. "Everybody that has MS presents differently and I think that's why it's so hard to diagnose and that's why so many people for so long go undiagnosed."
