Kelly Clarkson's messy divorce from Brandon Blackstock continues to rage on! The new lawsuits are vicious, just as the timeline of events have been.

She claims in the motion that Brandon and his father Narvel Blackstock’s management firm, Starstruck Entertainment, violated labor laws since the beginning of their relationship with Clarkson, which started in 2007. Kelly won that previous lawsuit – though Brandon is appealing – with the courts ruling her ex must pay back millions of dollars for fees he took out of her work on The Voice, the Billboard Music Awards and other projects.
