Kelly Clarkson Takes Hozier’s ‘Too Sweet’ Down a Rockier Road for Kellyoke
Kelly Clarkson performed a cover of Hozier's 'Too Sweet,' during Tuesday's episode of her talk show.
Wearing a black dress, and surrounded by My Band Y’all, Clarkson performed a cover of the track as she sang with a rocky, distorted vocal filter. When speaking to Rolling Stone in August, Hozier revealed that he nearly didn’t include the track on Unreal Unearth. Clarkson ended 2024 by covering Chappell Roan’s “ Pink Pony Club ” and Sabrina Carpenter’s “ Please Please Please.” She also performed numerous Christmas carols, including “Sweet December” and “ Run Run Rudolph,” all December.
