In lieu of a miniskirt and go-go boots, the vocalist looked chic in a black blazer while standing on stage with her band Thursday (Jan. 16), immediately bringing energy to the Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess track’s hot-and-heavy opening verse. In September, the former The Voice coach put her own spin on the Missouri native’s “Coffee,” followed by “Pink Pony Club” in November. Clarkson and Miranda Lambert also joined forces on a brief cover of the 26-year-old star’s breakthrough hit “Good Luck, Babe!” last year.
