Kelly Clarkson Gets Emotional as She Watches 'Sweet' Montage of Her Kids During The Kelly Clarkson Show's 1000th Episode
On Thursday, March 20, Kelly Clarkson ended her celebration of the 1000th episode of 'The Kelly Clarkson Show' by viewing a special montage of her children, son Remington "Remy" Alexander and daughter River Rose, appearing on the show over the years.
She did stress that the former couple always "focuses on" their kids, adding, "As long as you make sure it's about the children and their best interests, then we're both on board." In a cover story interview with Variety in 2022, Clarkson opened up about a valuable lesson she learned about being vulnerable with her kids in therapy. "You start to feel that kind of shame, like, 'I've got to put my best foot forward as a mom because I don't want them to be affected,'' she added.
