Kelly Clarkson performed a heartfelt cover of Romy's 'She's on My Mind' for Kellyoke.
Clarkson reached a crescendo as she belted the final chorus of the track, “I’m so tired of fighting, I’m so scared to lose/But I don’t care anymore, think I’m in love with you.” Back in June 2022, Clarkson released a Kellyoke EP, featuring six of her favorite covers (including Billie Eilish’s “ Happier Than Ever “) performed during the segment. Romy shared in a June 2023 Instagram post that the album represents a collection of songs “celebrating love, navigating loss and exploring identity.”
