Kelly Brook has opened up about her confidence and body image, revealing she is only focused on being 'the best version of herself' and doesn't set 'unachievable goals'
The model, 44, who shot to fame as a Page 3 girl in the early 2000s, has launched a new weight and wellness podcast, titled Life Gains, in collaboration with Big Narstie, where they will discuss their motivations and experiences from their own journeys. At the launch of the new podcast, Kelly, who is an ambassador for SlimFast, opened up about her body image and how she isn't focusing on losing weight, as she simply wants to be the "best version" of herself instead. “With our busy work schedules and the quick turnaround of an Italian wedding, we only had six weeks to plan our special day once we received the paperwork required to get married abroad,” Kelly previously said, in an interview to promote her home and fashion collection with F&F.
