Katy Perry tears up as she is honored with Champion of Children Award as she dazzles in chic white dress at 35th Annual Colleagues Spring Luncheon in Beverly Hills
The 39-year-old singer was joined by her mother Mary Perry, 75, and her father Keith Hudson, 76, at the Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills.
At the event, which also featured a fashion show from Oscar de la Renta's fall 2024 collection, she was honored with the Colleagues Champion of Children Award for the contributions made through her Firework Foundation. One of the programs established by Fireworks Foundation includes a summer camp that Perry is heavily involved in as she supervises workshops on songwriting, music production and choreography. She pointed out her Fireworks Foundation logo on the backdrop on the red carpet ahead of being honored for her contribution to children in underserved communities through her organization
