On Friday morning, the 39-year-old pop star dropped one of her steamiest music video yet, which featured her making out with a hunky male model while laying down in the middle of the street and dancing on a moving car in black monokini. Before accepting the honorary Video Vanguard award, Perry took to the stage to sing a medley of some of her biggest hits, including California Gurls, Teenage Dream and Fireworks.
