Katy Perry appeared topless in a new image as she shared big news: she showed her album cover, announced it was titled 143 and revealed the release date is September 20.
'I set out to create a bold, exuberant, celebratory dance-pop album with the symbolic 143 numerical expression of love as a throughline message,' said Perry in a statement. She put on a busty display in a bedazzled string bikini top in the shape of stars and covered with a red, white and blue, American flag-inspired design. The music producer was embroiled in a highly publicized legal battle against the TiK ToK singer, in which he was accused of sexual, physical, and emotional abuse.
