Katie Thurston is grateful to her fiancé, comedian Jeff Arcuri, for his tireless support amid her recent breast cancer diagnosis. “I was originally planning on moving back to [Washington] to be with my family and start care while Jeff continued on his world tour,” Thurston, 34, wrote via her Instagram Stories on Thursday, February 20. On March 22 — the anniversary of the date where Thurston messaged her friends about discovering Arcuri’s comedy on Instagram — they celebrated with their parents who flew in from out of town and had dinner at Da Andrea, an Italian eatery in NYC.
