During a chat with Olivia Attwood on her So Wrong It's Right podcast last summer, Katie confessed she believed she had body dysmorphia – a mental health condition where a person obsesses over perceived flaws in their appearance – and expressed her desire for more surgery because she'd "never thought she was pretty". "After significant weight loss, a patient's body may not be in the ideal physical condition to undergo a general anaesthetic, or even less invasive procedures such as Brazilian butt lift fillers," he explained.
