The former glamour model, 47, is no stranger to going under the knife having undergone a host of procedures over the years.
Initially donning a matching pair of Barbie shorts, the 47-year-old later slipped out of them to reveal her noticeably slimmer figure - which has sparked concern amongst fans recently. Wearing her hair up in a pony tail, Katie sizzled in the snaps which showed her putting on a very busty display as she soaked in the sunshine poolside. She had planned to get her ears pinned back to match her new taut visage, but after her blood pressure dropped during the surgery, the doctors advised she get the procedure the following day under local anesthetic.
