Charity Tommy's - the UK's leading pregnancy and miscarriage organisation, confirmed to MailOnline that Katie has teamed up with them to raise awareness for grieving mums. A source told The Sun: 'Kate and JJ are heartbroken - it's been an incredibly hard past few weeks, with emotions ranging from utter joy to complete devastation.' And while the situation was a crushing blow to the then couple, Katie was then seen panicking that Carl would dump her amid the fact that she was facing the menopause 'within a year or two' and might not be able to give him a child naturally.
