The source goes on to claim that Katie's inner circle are concerned she's not listening to the risks that could be on the table, as they say, "Friends and family feel like it's impossible to get through to her and they're dancing around the subject, but realistically they don't know if her body can handle another surgery, so it's a scary situation."
