Katie Price set to lose thousands after court rules nearly half of her OnlyFans monthly income is to be deducted amid bankruptcy
The former glamour model, 45, was declared bankrupt in 2019 with debts of £3.2m from her failed company Jordan Trading Ltd.
A previous hearing in September last year was held in private after Katie said she was 'petrified' as she accused people following the case online of recording and taking screenshots of the virtual proceedings. The trustees went to court to request an income payments order, with four companies listed, including adult subscription website OnlyFans and celebrity photography agency Backgrid Court papers reveal the HMRC's huge cash demand, claiming the star owes thousands in unpaid tax, VAT and late payment penalties and have petitioned to make her bankrupt.
