One was during a couple’s trip to Istanbul, where he was going to have full body liposuction alongside the 46 year old, but lost his nerve once he saw the “shocking state” of her when she was wheeled out of the operating theatre. The former glamour model told The Sun at the time: "Honestly, I’ve gone to hell and back, it was horrific — ‘Oh my God I look like a monster out of a horror movie.'
