Earlier this week, Katie showed off her incredibly taut visage as she shared a new Instagram clip to her Stories on Wednesday evening. Katie's dark locks were pulled back in a ponytail, making her snatched visage look even smoother giving herself a 'Bella Hadid' facelift. Reflecting on her appearance pre-surgery, she said she looked 'very skinny and gaunt' and marvelled at the size of her breasts, revealing she plans to have more surgery on her assets in the future.
