Sharing a video on her Instagram, Katie flashed her new bum in a tiny pink thong and went braless while the clinician gripped her bottom. Katie could be seen lying face down on the table, wearing nothing but a tiny black thong and green top as she showed off the results of her 'bum lift'. Katie has always been candid about going under the knife and during an interview with the Go Love Yourself podcast in October she divulged her concerns over suffering body dysmorphia, due to her resistance to accept her image.
