The mum of five wore a sheer black maxi dress for the occasion, with her long dark hair scraped back in a sleek ponytail to showcase the results of her recent facelift. A video posted on her podcast account in July, which she later reposted, included a clip of a retro kids character joking: "I'll just have one more go, alright?" Earlier this year, Katie even excitedly told her followers, "I can categorically say I will be having a baby," having revealed in her tell-all book that she has a fertility clinic on speed dial.
