The star, 46, has long spoken of her desire to have more children, telling fans this summer: "I can categorically say - I will be having a baby” explaining that she has a clinic on standby and said in her book that she has even picked out a sperm donor in America, despite being in a relationship with JJ Slater. The reality star, who recently underwent a facelift, already have five children: Harvey, from her relationship with ex-footballer Dwight Yorke, Princess and Junior with singer Peter Andre and Jett and Bunny with Kieran Hayler.
