Taking to Snapchat with a video, Katie captured Harvey, who lives with septo-optic dysplasia causing blindness, autism, and Prader-Willi Syndrome, which leads to an insatiable hunger. Katie couldn’t contain her joy as she prepared for Harvey’s birthday festivities, sharing on social media: "Bank holiday cuddles before lots of celebrations tomorrow."
