Kathy Bates looked simply stunning when she made her grand arrival to the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards in a deep purple dress following her dramatic 100lb weight loss over six years.
On the heels of revealing she lost 100lbs of weight, the actress proudly stepped in front of the sea of photographers in a deep purple sequin dress that appeared to be black, due in part, to the layer of beads woven over the fabric. Rounding out her ensemble, the Academy Award-winning actress, who has been flirting with retirement from acting, wore a pair of pointed black-patterned shoes, and had her salt-and-pepper locks long, falling to her shoulders, and pushed back off her face and over her ears.
