The Wentworth Courier reports Waterhouse and husband Luke Ricketson are selling in order to upscale to a larger investment property. Situated on the second floor of an apartment block in the heart of famed Sydney night spot Kings Cross, 2kms from the CBD, the unit offers a stylish slice of city living. Popsugar reported at the time that Kate wore a Vera Wang dress, and the newlyweds were surrounded by 80 guests on their big day.
